As a company focused on building relationships that improve lives and communities, it should come as no surprise that our team at Fortunato Construction Group finds great passion in working with organizations aimed at making a difference. We often find these relationships at institutions of higher education, at private schools, and even at research facilities. Where legacies live, permanence and character prevail, and we take great pride in meeting and exceeding an institution’s growth and development plans.
Some of our greatest strengths lie in consensus building. We are happy to share our knowledge and experience with the committees and boards engaged in strategic planning and resource management, adding tremendous value in the early planning phases of campus development.
Fortunato Construction Group is skilled and adept at working on active campuses. We understand the many concerns that come with completing construction projects in such an environment, and we plan for and address all of these issues, including safety, traffic and circulation, noise, air quality, and much more. We know the nature of this sophisticated and complex work, and we’re glad to meet the challenge on project after project.
Experience
One of the ways we measure our success is by how often our clients choose to work with Fortunato Construction Group again and again on future projects. Over the years, we’ve worked with dozens of clients on multiple projects, from renovations and expansions to new construction.
This considerable repeat business reflects how carefully attuned we are to the concerns of our clients. We anticipate challenges in advance and provide guidance they can trust. Our team is experienced at navigating the process of the planning, design and construction and can offer guidance on what to expect, recommendations for keeping the project on track, and the leadership to ensure a successful project.
The following is a representative list of institutional clients that entrust us with their projects over and over. It is not exhaustive, but is indicative of our depth and breadth of experience.
