2025 APPLICATION FORM
In 2023, Fortunato Construction Group established the Shirley Ramos Memorial Scholarship. Shirley Ramos was a mentor and friend who lost her life to cancer in 2018 after a hard-fought battle with both Breast Cancer and Melanoma. Shirley had a passion for supporting female leaders in Corporate America. She wanted women to know that we can be powerful, joyful leaders in our professional and personal lives when we engage and embrace the core of who we are. Fortunato Construction Group embraces this idea and strives to support this initiative both inside and outside of the organization.
The Shirley Ramos Memorial Scholarship is open to Berlin High School female seniors who will be pursuing a degree or technical training in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering. Our hope is that this scholarship helps a female in our community to reach their potential.
This year’s recipient will awarded a $2,500 scholarship.
