In a typical Design-Bid-Build model the client is responsible for hiring a designer, bidding the project and selecting a contractor. With Design-Build the design and construction team are one of the same. The team is integrated and all parties are involved from the first conversations to the execution of construction.
Fortunato Construction Group is currently building an Aldi Grocery Store in Plymouth, Massachusetts from the ground up. We've set up a camera on the job site to capture the activity on the site. The camera takes a photo, and our live feed updates every 10 minutes.
