Developing a Team for Your Project

Fortunato Construction Group provides an excellent project team for every job. Each team will have several key members at your disposal for the duration of your project. Every Fortunato project team includes:

Project Executive- Your project will have a senior level executive responsible for making sure the process is meeting the goals of the client.

Project Manager – The Project Manager is the business manager of the project and is responsible for planning, budgeting, design review, scheduling, cost controls, and subcontractor management.

Project Superintendent – This individual is a full time, on site representative of Fortunato Construction Group during construction and is responsible for the quality of work, day to day scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, inspections, safety program and all other on site activities.

In addition to the above listed individuals, our office staff will provide contract administration, project coordination, project accounting and bookkeeping, and a variety of support service to the project team.
