A social equity joint venture, BUDR West Hartford is the town’s first adult-use recreational cannabis retail shop. The 5,000 SQ FT facility is a fully compliant cannabis retail space outfitted with a state-of-the-art security system and vault. The project completed late summer with support from the community, as well as local and state officials.

Fortunato Construction Group has built or renovated more than 140 locations for this retail giant, from New Hampshire through metro New York, and down to Philadelphia.
Almost all of our project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents have worked on an Aldi store in some capacity.

Greenbox-IS provides high quality, sustainable products for office interior design and construction, including prefabricated interiors, low profile access flooring, and sound masking and acoustic appliques. We’re especially proud to be collaborating with these leaders in sustainability. This project is a 2019 AIA Connecticut Business Architecture Award Winner!
Ferndale Fresh Market

Ferndale Market Fresh opened in June of 2016. It is the first project that we completed for the Saleh family. The store features higher end, healthy and organic offerings, with an in-store Bakery, Delicatessen, Fish Market, and Butcher. Our work included demolition of the previous tenant space, major structural modifications to the sunken foundation and slab, many code related modifications, and a complete interior fit up of the kitchen and sales floor. This project is near and dear to us, as we are glad to build in the same community in which we work.
DaVita Dialysis

Fortunato Construction Group has developed a long and rewarding relationship with several dialysis facility operators, including Fresenius, Gambro, Avantus and DaVita. We most recently completed construction of our 14th center, in New Haven, CT for DaVita. The project scope included renovating 2 levels of parking garage, and 22,000 sf of tenant improvement. The new space includes 27 treatment spaces, home training rooms, offices, labs, and extensive support space.
Legrand Connecticut Headquarters

Legrand North America, the Wiremold Company, has fresh new digs in West Hartford, Connecticut. This recently renovated industrial office space includes open work stations, various conference and collaboration spaces, and creative design space. The office serves as a showroom, featuring many of Legrand's own light and data products. We're proud to partner with this global organization who has worked for more than 25 years to transform spaces where people live and work.
UCONN Health Center

The space includes Urgent Care and Primary Care clinics, a Mohs Surgery Center, and a Dermatology Practice. The building's design draws from the contextual rural character of the area.
Infinity Music Hall & Bistro | Hartford
