Ferndale Market Fresh opened in June of 2016. It is the first project that we completed for the Saleh family. The store features higher end, healthy and organic offerings, with an in-store Bakery, Delicatessen, Fish Market, and Butcher. Our work included demolition of the previous tenant space, major structural modifications to the sunken foundation and slab, many code related modifications, and a complete interior fit up of the kitchen and sales floor. This project is near and dear to us, as we are glad to build in the same community in which we work.
